At Masader Alkhaleej Lilinaya, we are committed to preparing and shipping orders in the best possible way to ensure that products arrive in excellent condition to our customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We currently provide shipping services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Additional regions or countries may be added later depending on the availability of shipping services.
Second: Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day after order confirmation and payment.
Orders are processed and shipped daily except on Fridays and official public holidays.
Third: Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days after the order is handed over to the shipping company. Delivery time may vary depending on the city, region, or the shipping company’s circumstances.
Fourth: Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are clearly displayed to the customer during checkout and before payment. Fees may vary depending on the city, shipping company, or available offers in the store.
Free shipping is available for orders with a value of 299 or more, unless otherwise stated in specific offers or special terms.
Fifth: Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number or shipping notification if provided by the shipping company. The customer can track the order through the tracking link or through the order page.
Sixth: Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the store’s control, such as shipping company delays, incomplete addresses, peak seasons, or emergency conditions. We will do our best to assist the customer and follow up on the order whenever possible.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information is correct before completing the order, including name, mobile number, city, district, address, and postal code if available.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Eighth: Receiving the Order
Upon receiving the order, the customer should check the condition of the shipment before opening it. If there is visible damage or an incorrect item, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photos along with the order number.
